Patch 5 in Baldur's Gate 3 introduces two new game modes, including one that will cut out save scumming in exchange for an excellent reward.

Patch 5 of Baldur's Gate 3 introduces new game modes, including Honour Mode, which increases the challenge by disabling save scumming.
Players who can beat the game in Honour Mode will earn the Golden D20 award.
Patch 5 also includes an improved inventory system that allows players to manage their companions' inventories with a single UI, even when they are not in the active party. Performance improvements from the Xbox version are also integrated into this patch.
